The wine produced exclusively from the Viognier variety.

Manual vintage for 18-kilo boxes, later selected on a mat of choice at the entrance of the cellar.

Light pressing followed by cold static settling for 48 hours.

Fermentation in stainless steel vats 13-14 days at temperatures of 14 degrees.

20% of the batch was aged in French oak barrels for 4 months.

Bright yellow colour.

The aroma of white flowers and stone fruits, like plum and peach.

Intense in the mouth with good balance and refreshing acidity.

An ideal wine to accompany juicy fish, seafood and white meat.

Recommended drinking temperature 8°C to 10°C.
