92 Parker points. The Grande Reserva of Herdade Grande highlighted by the Wine Advocate

The Herdade Grande wine – Grande Reserva 2015, one of the flagship red wines of the hundred-year-old Alentejo estate, was distinguished with 92 points by Robert Parkers’ magazine, Wine Advocate. The prestigious North American publication highlighted the subtlety and the velvety texture of this wine, the composition of which is by the varieties of Alicante Bouchet (60%), Touriga Franca (20%), Touriga Nacional (15%) and Syrah (5%).

The Portuguese market specialist of Wine Advocate, Mark Squires, signs the review, while also mentioning the evolution potential of this Grande Reserva 2015, born in the Vidigueira terroir, where the conjugation of a fresher climate with an elevated predominance of poor schist soils provide unique conditions for the production of elegant and filled with character wines.
