The fermentation took place in stainless steel tanks with temperature control in order to preserve all the aromatic elegance.
Only a part of this wine ages in French oak barrels.

Ruby colored wine.
On the nose it reveals notes of young red fruit and eucalyptus very well integrated with the wood toast.
In the mouth, we have a continuity of the notes presented on the nose, with round and well balanced tannins, presenting an elegant finish of medium persistance and leaving a young fruity flavour.
Ideal to combine with grilled meats or to pair with baked or grilled cod, or simply with cheese.
Recommended drinking temperature between 16ºC and 18ºC.
