Fermentation took place in small stainless-steel vats, with controlled temperature to preserve all the aromatic elegance and intricacies.

Wine of concentrated ruby colour. It’s young and with an abundant aromatic intensity on the nose, where ripe red fruits and toasted hints stand out.

It surges round and attractively on the palate, with soft tannins on a very elegant set, culminating in a long and persistent finish.

The ideal pairing for pasta, white meats or grilled salmon.

Recommended serving temperature of 16º to 18ºC.
