Produced from hand-picked grapes at the early hours of dawn, immediately sent to the winery, and carefully selected on a conveyor.

The outcome of soft pressing with brief pellicular maceration followed by static decantation of the must.

Fermentation took place in small stainless-steel vats and new French oak barrels, with ageing over thin lees.

Aged for eight months in stainless-steel vats and new French oak barrels and an in bottles for an equal period of time.

Crystalline look, with greenish reflections and yellow citrus colour.

Rich and intense aroma with mineral, grapefruit and guava notes, enveloped in the subtlety of the toasted notes from the barrel.

On the mouth, it’s elegant, unctuous, with a balanced and complex palate and well-rounded acidity.

The dominant fruitiness and minerality are well joined with light toasted notes, finishing long and persistently.

Refined and complex fish dishes, as well as strong cheeses, are well paired with the complexity and structure of this wine.
