Produced from hand-picked grapes at the early hours of dawn, immediately sent to the winery.
Preservation of all the primary aromas achieved through the soft pressing of the grapes.
Fermentation took place in small stainless-steel vats, with a controlled temperature between 12ºC and 13ºC.
